There will be an informational meeting regarding the Monroe Local School District's Bond Levy on Tuesday, February 19th at 1:30. The meeting will take place at Mount Pleasant Retirement Village in the Activities Building located on the corner of Northwestern and Indiana Avenues. The speakers will be Executive Director of Mount Pleasant, Stan Kappers, Superintendent of Monroe Local Schools, Dr. Elizabeth Lolli and President of Monroe Local School Board, Tom Leeds.

Mount Pleasant Retirement Village will host an Open House on two days in December. The Open House is to show all the options available at Mount Pleasant.

Mount Pleasant Retirement Village will host their second annual Tea Party and Fashion Show on Saturday, November 10, 2007

Mount Pleasant will host a Grand Opening celebration and dedication featuring the new Brownstone. On Thursday, August 30th from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon there will be music and refreshments. The dedication will take place at 10:00 under the tent in front of the Brownstone. There will be music and refreshements in the community room afterwards.
