Buffalo Wings and Rings is Open

Monroe’s Buffalo Wings and Rings opened to an eager crowd of local residents on March 21. The ribbon cutting, held the evening before, was well-attended and included a welcome by Mayor Bob Routson and a presentation of a $500 check to the Monroe Sports Association by Mr. Ricketts.
Buffalo Wings and Rings is a family business, run by Steve, Belinda, Matthew and Stephanie Ricketts. Steve also owns the Country Foxes Lounge in Hamilton.
Ricketts thanked the local contractors who worked so hard to finish work on the restaurant in time to open. The decor has a sports theme with many Hornet items adorning the walls. Ricketts hopes to also offer outdoor dining in the near future.
The menu offers wings in several sauces with a choice of heat. Not a wings fan? Greek Gyros and a variety of burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads are also available.
